How to buy at Calzados Benavente?

Returns
In case of a return, you have 15 calendar days, starting from the moment of delivery, for your money to be refunded.

Products must be returned in the same condition in which they were sent – with their original packaging, labels, and any accessories that were included, and properly wrapped so that the box does not suffer any damage or have any labels stuck to it –.
Otherwise, the customer will lose the right to a refund. If the product shows any kind of damage, you must indicate it and provide us with a photograph.
Once it is verified that the product complies with the return policy, the amount will be refunded within a maximum of 7-10 business days from its receipt at our facilities, using the same payment method, except if the payment was cash on delivery, in which case we would need an account number to transfer your amount.
If the recipient and payer are different people, the refund will be paid to the payer.
